De acuerdo con los antecedentes del caso, estaba previsto que el&nbsp;<strong>menor regresara a Chile<\/strong>, lo que finalmente&nbsp;<strong>no ocurri\u00f3.<\/strong>&nbsp;Desde entonces, la actriz se ha visto involucrada en una&nbsp;<strong>extensa disputa judicial<\/strong>&nbsp;para intentar conseguir su retorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Juicio de tuici\u00f3n del hijo de Mane Swett se extendi\u00f3 hasta diciembre&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tercer juicio encabezado por la jueza&nbsp;<strong>Stephanie Schwartz<\/strong>&nbsp;tuvo su primera audiencia el viernes 21 de agosto.
